Summary


Amidst fierce competition in the Thai banking industry's digital transformation, the client sought to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Their goal is to reduce reliance on physical branches and automate loan applications through a user-friendly chat channel.
 



Scope of work

  • Information Architecture: Defining the essential information and documents required for each loan application type.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Bank of Thailand regulations throughout the chatbot interaction.
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Tailoring the chatbot's conversation flow (decision tree diagram) and loan product recommendations to meet the needs of different customer segments.
  • Conversational Design: Crafting a natural and engaging dialogue for the chatbot, fostering trust and user satisfaction.
  • Visual Design: Developing engaging visuals to enrich the chatbot experience and guide users through the application process.
  • Usability Testing: Conducting rigorous usability testing to ensure a smooth and intuitive loan application flow.
